Two is Company

When we are happy, everything seems so bright and beautiful.
Summer time in cold countries is very good.
So cool, pleasant and sunny.
This year it is even more special.
The weather is cool and the air is full of ‘expectation’.
Expectation!!!

This year on our wedding anniversary,
Friends greeted.
Family prayed for us.
Elders blessed.
Everybody hoped.
And the gods blessed.

All these put together have given rise to a new expectation.

Yeah, Sonali and I are going to be Mom and Dad.
And there is more to it.
We are expecting twins.

So thank you god, and thanks to all those who have wished good for us.
